Refurbishing a cars and truck battery eliminates the sulfate from the plates so it can run a lot more successfully. It doesn't recover the strength of the battery to 100%, however it does come close. The lead sulfate that has solidified and taken shape, which can't be eliminated by billing, can be removed by one more procedure, called desulfation.
